The staff made sure we had a wonderful stay, and everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Nadeesh deserves a special thank you for being so hardworking and lovely. We loved the delicious breakfast and coffee each morning, and the pool and our rooms were kept very clean. The garden is lovely, with plenty of places to sit, and the villa looks out over the beach, so we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Everything was maintained to an excellent standard. There are a couple of small supermarkets across the road and several restaurants within walking distance. Galle is about 20 minutes away by tuk-tuk. We had a fantastic time at Kixi beach and would highly recommend it.

It was so good to be back at Kixi Unawatuna Beach Resort for a second stay. Manager Asanka was especially friendly, helpful, and attentive to what guests need. The staff are kind, welcoming, and professional, and the villa and its facilities are beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. With the lovely beach and location, it’s an ideal place to relax. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again. Highly recommend.

The villa and facilities were lovely, comfortable, and well looked after, making them a great fit for a relaxing, luxurious getaway. The beach and location are stunning, and the welcoming, professional staff made the stay feel special. Manager Asanka was friendly and attentive, too. Turtle Beach is just a short 100-meter walk away, where you can meet the friendly, tame turtles. The beach right behind Kixi Beach Villa, Unawatuna is lovely for a relaxing day by the sea. The villa is clean and well maintained, with a nice pool area for unwinding, and the staff are warm and very accommodating. The entrance is a little narrow and opens onto busy Galle Road, but the peaceful feel of the place still comes through. Great spot to spend quality time with friends or family. I’d recommend it to anyone staying around Unawatuna.

We spent four days at the villa, and it was one of our best Airbnb stays. The staff were polite and welcoming, and Gayatha was especially kind and responsive, helping with everything from little requests to larger arrangements. We loved the meals there, all fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. Honestly, they were better than most of the restaurants we tried nearby, and we looked forward to dinner at the villa. The private pool area became our favorite place to swim and lounge, with a lovely view and peaceful atmosphere. A few tiles had sharp edges and caused minor cuts on our feet, though that seems like an easy fix. The villa itself was spacious, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and clearly well cared for, from the bedrooms to the living spaces. We left relaxed and grateful, and would love to return.
