The owner was very helpful, could get anything I needed and even handled my laundry. I got a good deal through agoda for three nights at a third of the price. The rooms were nice and clean, and although it's beside the main road, it wasn't noisy. The beach is very close, and the wine store is about 70 metres away.

The staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi was okay, but the room was terrible. We switched rooms twice and things barely improved. Check the photos. I wouldn't recommend it to foreigners.

The location is good and prices are reasonable as things stand. There's plenty to improve, especially the mattresses and toilets. The caretaker, Amarabandhu, is a good man.
