The family running this lovely hotel and homestay made us feel completely at home. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning that worked really well. They arranged a wonderful early morning trip to the bird sanctuary, then served a delicious home-cooked breakfast. I also had a fantastic massage at their spa, and the price was very reasonable.

For what it costs, I don't think the stay is worth it. The washrooms weren't clean or up to standard, and it felt more like staying in a house than in a proper facility. The garden looked almost dried out, and the building's exterior seemed old.

Mr. Anil was caring and supportive. He even went to the market himself to find a fruit we were looking for. The staff were humble and professional, and served us good food. We spent two nights here while cycling, and it worked well for resting close to bird life.

A convenient place to stay when visiting Kalametiya bird sanctuary. The rooms are clean, parking is ample, and they provide free Wi-Fi. Meals are home-cooked, and they can arrange kayaks for the sanctuary if you need them.

The owner was genuinely friendly and made the service feel top-notch. The guest house was clean and peaceful, just right for a restful break, and the food was delicious at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the owner for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend it for a peaceful, enjoyable visit.
