Our meals were delicious, with authentic Sri Lankan dishes and exotic cuisine, and the prices felt fair compared with other places around Dambulla. We could also customize the food to suit our taste buds, which was the best part. The bungalow sits beside a beautiful mountain with rich forest all around, a spectacular setting for a calm, quiet hideaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful experience.

The pool is fantastic, and the manager was so kind to offer us a Sri Lankan tea tasting. Dinner is well worth having here, the local food is high quality, and breakfast in a traditional house was divine. Set at the foot of a magnificent rock in the middle of a tropical orchard, the place feels special. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the young staff were attentive and considerate. We recommend it. Go with your eyes open, though, because the view is breathtaking! 😉
