As the organizer, I was especially grateful for how quickly the team handled our questions and requests, even the small, last-minute ones. Mr. Arshad was always available and ready to help, and he clearly cared about our group. With his support, everything ran smoothly, and we left with very positive impressions. We were there in January with a business group, and the stay worked really well for us. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with room for our sessions while guests could also relax. The rooms, meals, and general atmosphere all made things feel easy and well organized. I’d happily come back.

We stopped by several times for breakfast and lunch while staying at the hotel next door, and each visit was a pleasure. There was plenty of choice in the spread, and the food was excellent. We hadn’t stayed overnight, but the peaceful atmosphere and lovely pool area made the resort feel like a relaxing place to unwind. The service really stood out. Husni and his front house team, along with the restaurant staff, chef, assistant chef, manager, and serving staff, were attentive and thoughtful throughout. They paid attention to details, took individual preferences into account, and seemed genuinely invested in looking after guests. After such warm hospitality, we’ll definitely return and stay at least one night to experience more of the hotel. I’d recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

The staff were the best part of our week there. They were always friendly and courteous, and made the stay even better. We mostly wanted to relax in the sun, and the pool was great, with the beach close by. Breakfast was exceptional, and the food in general was good. The location was just over an hour from the hotel. We managed a day trip to Madu river, a turtle hatchery, and the cinnamon center, and also went to Galle fort. We thoroughly enjoyed the week.

We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The team checked in with us personally and asked how things were going and whether we needed help. From the warm, professional welcome to the smooth check-in, everything was well organized. The dinner buffet had lots of delicious choices, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely arranged, with a large bathroom and a bathtub that made it even more relaxing. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by lovely nature. Service, cleanliness, and hospitality were all outstanding. It was one of our best hotel stays, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.
