The staff made our stay at Royal Palm Beach special. Everyone was kind, helpful, and smiling, and they were especially sweet with the children, even giving them soft toys. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and great service. The hotel is beautiful, with plenty of facilities and activities for families, and everything was organized and easy to access. There’s no direct beach access, though, and the size of the place can make it feel busier and more complicated than a smaller resort. We personally enjoy smaller places a bit more, but we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it for a comfortable family visit.

We visited on February 14 and were given a free upgrade to a sea view suite, along with chocolates and flowers. The food was tasty and had a wide variety, and the huge pool was well maintained. The service was friendly, and it’s a nice hotel, but the lack of beach access was a real disappointment. The rooms were quite old and not soundproof.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the hospitality, view, and cleanliness were all good enough to make the stay pleasant. There aren’t many good choices available, and late check-out costs USD 15 per hour. There’s no direct beach access, which was the biggest downside. The gym was in modest condition and smelled unpleasant, too.

The pool was a highlight, and the property made for a lovely, relaxing holiday. My husband and I came for my birthday without telling the hotel in advance. When Sampath from the restaurant saw my husband give me gifts, he arranged a cake for me at the breakfast table. Every staff member gave us impressive service. We loved our stay.

We liked the stay enough to add another day to our plans. Our Executive Suite was great, and we enjoyed the food, service, and relaxing atmosphere around the pool. There were plenty of things to do too, including badminton, table tennis, tennis, and squash.
