Really peaceful, away from the noise of town, with nice views and a relaxed feel. The rooms were clean and comfy, nothing fancy, but had everything I needed. The guys were super friendly and gave superb service. I had a really chill stay in Kandy and highly recommend the place.

We’d booked a room and paid an advance, but an issue with the route to the hotel meant we couldn’t take our van there. When we let them know, they were rude and refused to refund our money. Their aggressive, unprofessional response was shocking and the customer service was completely unacceptable. They weren’t flexible or customer-friendly, so be cautious before booking. I definitely don’t recommend it.

The parking was a stressful mess. There was no proper guidance, the area was cramped and chaotic, and I struggled to find a spot. When I asked for help, staff ignored me or answered carelessly. The hospitality was poor too. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and made no effort to welcome guests. It felt like they didn’t care. The whole stay was stressful and far below acceptable standards. I don’t recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

The room was in very bad condition and wasn’t worth a single rupee. The washroom was dirty, like a public toilet. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

It’s really close to kandy city, but I didn’t find the room very comfortable for what I paid. Sorry for the negative review, but I don’t recommend it.
