The hosts were polite and kind, but make sure you know exactly which room you're getting. We were five people over Christmas, including two senior citizens and a ten-year-old. We had two rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, and the narrow stairs meant the seniors needed the ground-floor room. They said our room had been given to someone else, with a warm, gentle smile. The upstairs room felt makeshift. Its walls were damp and fungal, the bathroom walls didn't reach the ceiling so its light brightened the whole room, and the space was too cramped to open even a suitcase or two. There was also a sizable gap under the door. At breakfast, when we were discussing the meal, they quickly cut me off with one egg item for one person. The last 500 meters can't be driven on by anything larger than a small car, but they do offer pickup and drop-off. I think the hosts should be upfront about the room they advertise and the one they actually provide.
