Dazzling Villa

Our family only stayed a short while, but the rooms were all tidy and clean, and Nalaka was flexible and friendly. The service was exceptional. We’ll definitely stay at Dazzling Villa again. Wishing them all the best, and thank you!

I chose the place based on the Facebook photos and its claim that the villa was approved by the tourist board, but it was a very disappointing experience. The room, washroom and kitchen area weren’t clean, and the washroom door lock was broken so it wouldn’t lock. The one good part was the room boy’s service. He responded kindly and did everything perfectly.

The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. Staff were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked at the last minute because we had no other choice, and it turned into the worst hotel experience of our trip. The villa looked nothing like the photos. We had booked one family room and two double rooms, but when we arrived there weren’t enough beds. The place was dirty and unhygienic, too. For breakfast we ordered string hoppers and fish curry, but they served chicken curry instead. It was watery and tasteless, and the chicken seemed to have been cooked the day before. At night we were just talking, not shouting, when the person in charge told us not to laugh or make noise. We ended up touring the city and visiting other places to avoid staying there, returning only to sleep before leaving early. When we raised these problems with the owner, he said they couldn’t provide everything because the place had only recently opened. If a place is new, they should impress guests with their service so people will recommend it or come back. I wouldn’t recommend this villa at all.
