French Garden Kandy by OYO Rooms

The staff treated locals and foreigners equally, which was really nice to see. At French Garden Hotel, the place was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Whenever we needed anything, service was quick. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The pool was a highlight for our kids, and we found the hospitality outstanding as local travellers. French Garden Kandy is a great place for locals and foreign visitors alike. We stayed the night of 22nd November 2025. From the moment we arrived, the team welcomed us warmly with refreshing drinks. Our family room was bright, spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, generous portions, and elegantly presented. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and attentive, and clearly cared about making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended. Cheers to the whole team at French Garden Kandy!

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in different countries, and this is one of the nicest. The staff and owners made me feel so welcome. My room was fantastic, spotlessly clean, and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, and it was so quiet. There was a table and chairs outside the room, plus a dining table. The swimming pool and surrounding garden were superb. I’ll be going back. Right in the heart of kandy, the location is fantastic and the view incredibly beautiful. The staff are ready to help with anything, any time. The service is excellent, and the delicious food is served so kindly that you feel truly special. Everything is clean, cozy, and well furnished. I’d love to come back.
