The owner was rude and very unprofessional, and this is a basic hotel, nowhere close to the luxury resort the reviews made it sound like.

The peaceful view was lovely, and we had such a good stay. The owners’ family made us feel at home, while Jerome looked after dinner and breakfast. Would recommend!

The price felt fair, and the manager was friendly, arranging dinner and breakfast around what we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the resort is near the Mahaweli river. We had a great stay.

We’d happily come back. The owners were wonderful and really cared about us, even helping recover things we’d left in our Uber. Our room was clean, and both it and the lovely restaurant looked out over the river. Thanks so much!

It was a great place to unwind, quiet and surrounded by nature, with a view of Mahaweli river. I also got to meet the owner, a friend my sister had made 40 years ago. We had a lovely time singing karaoke and playing pool, and it’s a nice spot for a family holiday.
