Mahagedara Sunray Villa

Ants in the fruit were completely unacceptable, especially at breakfast that cost $10 per person and was poor quality. We slept badly because the beds were uncomfortable and there was constant noise. The room wasn't clean either, and the strong smell of humidity everywhere made the stay even worse. It was a disaster from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and no one should stay here.

The worst part was the very dirty toilet. The room wasn't clean and had a strange smell, the TV didn't work, and the shower head was broken. I would never recommend staying here.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the staff made the stay feel special. Everyone, from housekeeping and room service to the front desk, was ready to help and went out of their way for us. They were polite, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with the bedding and amenities adding to the sense of quality. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend the hotel for a pleasant, memorable stay. We hope to come back.

We waited almost two hours for our food. When it finally came, the meat was frozen, and after we pointed that out they put the whole plate in the oven. It was still absolutely disgusting. There were also loads of service and tax fees at payment, and the food was disgusting overall. The staff were very friendly, so no offense to them. The host or manager, though, was extremely offensive and unfriendly. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Do not book this place!
