Our group of 10 had a great stay at Mahaweli King's Villa. We found the price very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The three rooms were clean, spacious, and suited our group perfectly. Highly recommend for a visit to the area.

The owner was super supportive and friendly, and the villa itself was beautiful, well kept, and had a homely feel. My family and I loved staying here. We’d definitely like to come back.

We only booked a room, so I can’t comment on the food. There’s no Wi-Fi. No bills were issued and there was no registration card either, but they kept my NIC throughout our stay. Parking is extremely limited. Apart from the owners’ vehicles, only two outside vehicles can park one after the other, so leaving early can be a problem. Parking along the road feels risky. The rooms are on the second floor, reached by open outside stairs that could be slippery and dangerous in the rain. Please get the check-in and checkout times clearly agreed. The owner, Indika, changed what he’d said and demanded more money when we were leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The peaceful surroundings and the owner’s kindness made this a lovely place for a relaxing family holiday. He was always ready to help, and our rooms were very clean and spacious. We had an excellent stay at Mahaweli Kings Villa.
