The caretaker was very friendly, and there’s enough parking. It’s a calm spot that could work for a group of friends, though I wouldn’t choose it for a family. The rooms have a comfortable bed, AC, hot water, and an LCD TV with local channels, all at a low price. But cleanliness was a real problem. There was hair across the floor, bathroom, tables, and even the bed, including hair on the sheet when I was about to sleep. The walls had patches and fungus, especially beside the bed, and the hot water geyser was leaking badly. The caretaker was kind, but the rooms weren’t being kept clean.

I used to think this was a good hotel, but it’s gone downhill and feels like a dump now. The rooms are dirty and things are broken, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.

The room itself is really nice and comfortable for a low price, and it has a TV. Some rooms don’t get signal coverage, though.

For a very reasonable price, it’s a good hotel. During the Dalada perehara, you may get a distant glimpse of the elephants taking part. You can’t go and visit them, though.
