The staff were friendly and professional, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were luxurious and very clean, including the spacious bathroom. There's fast free WiFi, several dine-in and takeaway restaurants, plus a large supermarket, pharmacy, liquor shop, and spacious car park. Excellent hotel for a stay, highly recommended! 👍

Customer service was excellent, and the food at the court was tasty and reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and definitely worth the price. It's conveniently located near Kandy and Peradeniya, so I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting places around Kandy. ❤️

The meal wasn't enjoyable, and at 1200 I expected better taste and value. I ordered the set menu at Royal Lotus in the newly opened Royal Mall, hoping for good quality, but it was well below standard. The portion was small for the price, and the food was so bland and unappetizing, with almost no salt or basic seasoning. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves both the portions and quality.

The trainers are excellent and do all they can for members, but the owners and management aren't giving them the resources they need. Members have raised concerns and management seems uninterested in fixing things. I've been an annual GYM member for two years, and the quality has dropped a lot. The AC has been out for almost two weeks, part of a recurring problem over the past year. With sealed windows, there's no fresh air or natural sunlight. When the gym is full, it feels like there's not enough oxygen to breathe properly while training, which is a safety issue. There also isn't enough equipment for the number of members. I can't recommend this Gym until these issues are permanently fixed. Charging for a premium membership in these conditions is completely unfair and unsafe.

The Royal mall Kandy GYM is the worst gym I've been to. New members don't get proper training or guidance, so it's hard for beginners to know what they're doing. Support with training costs extra on top of the membership fee. It's a waste of time and money. Royal mall should consider this and take action.
