10/10
We were only staying for a few hours, but they let us use all the hotel facilities, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless, clean, and comfortable. One of us was unwell when we arrived several hours before check-in, and the staff kindly let us in 3-4 hours early. The ladies at reception were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The gym and pool at Sasha were the best, and the gym equipment was superb quality with lots of options for working out on holiday. The rooms were very clean, the food was brilliant, and the location was ideal, close to the airport and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Sasha was a 10/10 for me, and I highly recommend it. We'll return every year.

We stayed for one night after a long flight, and it was great value. The airport is about 10 minutes away. Staff and service were excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, and there was a good pool to cool off in. The food was good too.

We were only there for a day, but the staff's cordial behavior, hospitality, and cleanliness really impressed me. I'd recommend staying here to experience it for yourself. You won't regret it. Happy stay, happy vacation!

The food was reasonably good quality and fairly priced, and the restaurant atmosphere was noisy but good. Service, though, needs improving. The place felt chaotic, the waiters seemed completely confused, and it took over an hour and a half to get the lasagna.
