The resort has no restaurant, though Matara town and Matara fort are an easy walk of about 800 m away. It’s set apart from the busy area but still near town, with sea views from the rooms and simple access to a beach where you can relax without disturbance. The owner was a good person and provided good service. A very good spot to enjoy a vacation.

We didn’t even stay an hour, and after paying Rs. 16,000 we got only Rs. 6,000 back. We went because the photos looked appealing, but the place was awful when we arrived and the service was really bad. Don’t judge it by the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and it doesn’t deserve even one star. In Sinhala: Don’t even think about going to this damn place 😡

They take the payment on time, but there’s no convenience or service. The place feels like a money-grubbing operation. There wasn’t even toilet paper, and the A/C didn’t work properly. There are no beggars here.

The rooms were very clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was good. A restaurant on site would make the place even more appealing. It’s a good place to stay, highly recommend it 💯

There’s no food available at the property, but the staff member was nice. My room had plenty of space, and being away from the busy area made it a pleasant place for a picnic or trip. It’s right in front of the beach, with a lovely view in the morning.
