The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and we liked staying outside the busy town centre. We spent one night, walked up to the waterfall in the evening, then visited the tea factory in the morning before leaving.

A decent, affordable place with friendly service, good food, a calm setting, and a nice view. The road to the bungalow is a bit difficult, though. It was cold around 11C on 25th december, which was a nice condition to experience at that time. Hot water showers are available.

The owner made our stay especially enjoyable, going out of their way to help us. Our room was clean and really comfortable. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara eliya.

The rooms were spotless and the food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Prices for the rooms and meals felt fair, and this was the nicest guest house we’d stayed in so far on our trip.
