Kings Court Hotel is conveniently located, and that was the only good part of the stay. The room smelled really bad, which made it uncomfortable. The door lock also had a problem that worried us about safety, and the pillows were poor quality. There was a large visible hole in the bathroom, so it had no proper privacy. The hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy.

The staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t great. There was a bad smell in the corner room under flour.

The service was bad, and they didn’t respect us at all. It felt very racist. Choosing this place was a big regret. Worst place I’ve ever visited.

A peaceful spot with a perfect location. The staff were good and always smiling, and breakfast was good too.

Good value for the price, and close to the Nuwaraeliya Racecourse ground. The town is only a 7 minute walk away.
