Yoho Misthill Rest

For our honeymoon, we got a beautiful villa with big, cozy rooms, and Krisha Anna did a great job helping us with everything. Our room faced the valley, and the view was amazing, though it depends on which room you get. A few things could be better: the bathroom door stuck and needed a hard pull, the food was too bland for Indian tastes, and the villa is a little way off the main road. The locking arrangement was odd too, with keys provided to lock the door from inside and no regular door lock system.

Misthill Nuwara Eliya was a lovely place to enjoy the cool climate and relax. The mountain views were breathtaking, and we woke to a beautiful misty morning view. The rooms were super clean, the staff were friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan options. Highly recommend it if you're visiting the hill country!

It's a very calm, peaceful place. The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was decent with a homemade feel, though it wasn't great. Try to arrive before dawn, since the roads are narrow and steep.

I came here after our excursion and had a very nice stay. They welcomed us with tea and cookies and helped with our luggage. Dinner was delicious: chicken cream soup, chicken, french fries, and brownies with ice cream.
