There was thick human hair throughout the bed, stained sheets, and a cigarette burn on the bedding when I arrived. I don’t think the sheets had been cleaned after use, and it seemed like only the pillows had been washed. They moved me to another room, but it had the same issue. I watched an employee pick out the hairs one by one without changing the sheets. I cancelled my booking and stayed somewhere else.

The room and bathroom were clean, with all the basics like towels and soap, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was average in size with a big, comfortable bed. My favorite thing was the cozy armchair by the window, where I’d sit and look outside or draw sometimes. The view was spectacular. The food was good too. It’s in a quiet spot close to nature, not far from the city. You can walk from the resort to Gregory lake, Victoria Park, and waterfalls. It takes some time, but the scenic paths and roads make it worth the effort. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again 🫶🏻

Worst place, don’t go. The rooms were very dirty and smelled of cigarettes. They gave us a used towel, and the customer service was very bad. The bedrooms were so dirty, I think they last washed everything a year ago.

Very nice place, and the room was clean. Mr ajith was very helpful, gave great service, and made good food. He’s a very kind person 😊
