The city-centre location made it easy to get around and explore Nuwara Eliya. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well maintained, creating a relaxed atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Mr. Don, the manager, is humble and kind, and really cares about his guests. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout, making us feel comfortable and welcome. A really good hotel for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don and his team are fantastic and will go out of their way for guests. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, the food good, and the staff friendly. We had such a great experience that we'll be going back.

I'm Sneha from Canada, and I had a lovely time at The Golden Legacy Hotel. Kavi and Don gave us great service, and the staff were all friendly and lovely, always ready to help. The town views from our window were impeccable, and this was the best breakfast I've had compared with all the other places I've stayed. The ambience was SO cute and cozy 😍, and the Christmas decorations were stunning. Such a beautiful stay, highly recommended for families and couples. God bless them all!

We had booked two nights but had to leave after one. We were happy to pay for both since leaving was our fault. The owner insisted we only pay for one night, even though cancelling with booking.com took him a while on the phone. He didn't have to do that, but he insisted. What an honest and honourable man. Thanks so much, we'll definitely come again. 👍👍👍

Our group of 7 Pekoe trail trekkers had the whole facility to ourselves for three nights. The staff were cheerful and professional, and their service was excellent, prompt, and thoughtful. The updated rooms and facilities were well maintained. They also catered to our specific food requirements, and the food was excellent. I'd heartily recommend it.
