Holiday home Bouncer's Place

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of beach restaurants to choose from. Back at the hotel, the pool and quality loungers made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a panoramic view, and the rooms and grounds were very clean and well cared for. Oliver, the owner, is Swiss, and you can tell throughout. It’s a paradise-like spot in a tropical setting, with colorful birds, palm squirrels, and flying foxes in the evening. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return! 👍

I only got to spend three days here, which was a shame. The apartment was really well equipped, and the garden made a lovely place to relax. Thanks again for such a beautiful property. I’ll be back. 👌😎

We spent a month in the first floor of the purple house, which has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a shower with toilet. There’s also a private terrace. The kitchen came with its own geyser coffee maker and toaster, which was a nice touch. Bouncer's Place is a gated community with several separate one- and two-story houses, and private rooms are available too. The grounds are spacious, attractive, and well maintained. The owner takes care of things and is glad to help with questions. When the heat makes the ocean hard to enjoy, the pool or loungers under the palms and trees are a great place to spend time. The ocean is a 5-minute walk away, and Hikkaduwa center is a 5-7-minute tuk-tuk ride. If you want to get away from the busy main streets, I highly recommend it. I’d happily return to Bouncer's Place.
