Ishitha Homestay

The two sisters were the reason my five days here were so good. They showed real hospitality, helped arrange transport, and took great care of me. Since I'm diabetic, they prepared meals without sugar or salt to fit my diet. It's a seven-minute walk to the beach, and about twelve minutes to the safe swimming area where tourist police look after you. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

The family were so kind during my stay at Ishita Homestay, and breakfast was 10/10. I had a really nice time and will come back.

We spent a week here and were able to properly relax. The location is quiet, with a lovely garden and a pleasant path down to the beach. The rooms were neat and very clean, and the bathroom was practical and clean too. The owner was polite, caring and helpful, welcoming us with lime juice and making sure we had what we needed. The family atmosphere was lovely. I'd gladly return.

I wanted somewhere small where I could relax on my own, and this place worked well. There are only four or five rooms, with entrances from the garden, so it's easy to keep to yourself if that's what you want. The owners are two sisters, and they're very nice to chat with too. They gave us welcome and goodbye drinks, a lovely extra. It's close to the bus station and ocean, near the main road but still quiet. I really recommend staying here.
