Vista Rooms Peacock Reach

The manager, or perhaps the owner, welcomed us even though we arrived late at night. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and kind, and we enjoyed our stay thanks to them. Our room was clean and neat, and the bathroom was good with hot water. There was no mini fridge in our room, though my friend’s room had one. That didn’t disappoint us.

We had a relaxing stay, and the swimming pool was lovely. The hotel has spacious rooms and a roomy lobby, plus good room service. There are plenty of trained staff, and the value and service make it easy to recommend.

The staff were the best and the food was delicious. It’s a very nice place to stay, and the pool was refreshing after a full day of travelling.

The food was awesome, and I’d say you should eat at the hotel if you stay here. It was tasty, clean, and came with dessert and tea, coffee, or fruit juice. It felt like more than what we paid for. The pool was a great experience for the kids and for us, and there was plenty of safe parking. Staff from reception, the restaurant, room service, and pool service were all friendly and supportive. This was our third time choosing Peacock Reach, and I’m pleased to say my family and I had another really nice stay (4-5 May). The staff feel like family, and their hospitality was top level from check-in to check-out. Our room and bathroom were clean and included all the facilities, with super cool air conditioning. Thanks to the whole Peacock Reach team, especially front office manager Mr Supun and the restaurant staff. Highly recommended.
