The calm, relaxing atmosphere made Gondolas Holiday Lanka a great spot for a peaceful getaway. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the welcoming staff were always ready to help. Good location and excellent value for money. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

I wouldn’t trust this host. They cancelled my confirmed booking after I’d paid the full fare in advance, without asking me. Tony Fernando was rude on the phone, even though he did return all my money. It doesn’t seem as good as it sounds.

I couldn’t work in the room because the WiFi kept cutting out, so I asked the owner to cancel the remaining nights of my planned four-day stay. He claimed he’d arranged the room for me by cancelling other reservations, which was apparently untrue. I did manage to cancel, but I’m unhappy with the service.
