The garden and views of the surrounding area were beautiful, and the food was amazing. Every staff member was kind, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed at Botleng Guest House in July 2025, and it was the best accommodation of our six-week trip around Africa. We have wonderful memories of Botleng Guest House and the staff. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The service at Botleng Guest Lodge completely wowed me and went well beyond what I expected. From check-in, everything felt top tier. The houses were beautifully finished and well maintained, with a real five-star feel. I can’t stop talking about the place, or the wonderful group I travelled with! We had an early departure on checkout day, and the ladies prepared breakfast packs just as we’d requested. That care meant a lot. Thanks to Lebogang and Tsoanelo for looking after us, and to the owners for maintaining such a gem in Maseru. I’d gladly return and recommend it to other travellers.

We loved our stay at Botleng. The rooms and food are wonderful, but the service is the best part. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and their attention to detail is outstanding. We stayed in five places around Lesotho, and Botleng was our clear favourite by a big margin. I’d give them ten stars if I could.
