Getting around the hotel and its grounds was difficult with a wheelchair or pram because the entrance and outdoor areas are covered in pebbles. The terrace and bar can only be reached by stairs, too. The hotel itself is new, nice, and modern, but it doesn’t work for wheelchair users or guests with prams. A newly built hotel could have done better on inclusion and accessibility for everyone.

The staff’s dedication, especially at reception, really stood out. That’s what makes a good client experience. The hotel is nice and has quality things to offer. Thank you.

Our choir was really glad we chose this hotel. The food was great, as it was elsewhere in Birštonas, and the staff made the stay feel easy. They were warm and practical, ready to handle whatever came up, from conference or co-working needs to a private room for a late party or a health issue. A stylish place, and very well done.

They made our stay especially enjoyable by offering early check-in at no charge, upgrading our room, and letting us check out late. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!

It was already cold when we arrived, with the room at only 18-19°C because the underfloor heating had been switched off. There’s no ventilation either. And from the top floor room, a very loud noise from a shaft or rooftop equipment comes every couple of hours. It wakes you up and makes it hard to get back to sleep.
