Motel Panorama

The restaurant was the highlight. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the amazing breakfast made up for the other problems. We stayed one night, from 25-26 Dec. Only one woman was handling both the restaurant and reception, and I don’t think it’s fair to leave her working so hard alone. Our room was in the small house by the road, but noise wasn’t a problem. Cleanliness was okay apart from a few blood spots on the bedspread. The sink and shower were blocked, which made for a disappointing room experience.

The breakfast was great, and otherwise the place was fine. It’s new and clean, but we were disappointed because they confirmed by email that it was wheelchair accessible and it wasn’t. There were no grab handles or shower seat.

The restaurant really stood out. The food was presented so well you could tell the chef had professional training, and it was incredibly delicious. The rooms are modern and clean, though their size depends on how much you pay.

Breakfast was delicious, though the waiters barely spoke English or Russian. The room was pretty nice and had an adequate set of items, but there was only one cup for two people. The room and terrace had an okay view, though it barely qualified as a lake view compared with how it was advertised. Despite the 27° outdoor temperature, the floor was freezing, and there were no disposable slippers. Fireworks went off right at midnight, just 10m from the room, and were annoying to see and hear for 10 minutes. Afterward, firework debris covered the car and surrounding area. The terrace planks were poor quality and so easy to injure your feet on that some of us already had.
