Aqua Apartment Centre

This is my fourth stay here, and there’s plenty to do. If you get the chance, I think it’s worth paying extra for a room in the Floors.

I enjoyed the adult sauna area, and our hotel room was clean. The place itself is nice, but my expectations for a relaxing couple of days weren’t met. It was packed and noisy during the day, and a group of friends partying in the room next door kept us awake all night. If a peaceful spa break is what you want, I’d go somewhere else. I had the wrong idea about this place.

The food had a good range and was quite good, and the staff were discreet and helpful. The rooms are clean and have AC, though some don’t have much of a view. My main problem was the sweaty bedsheets. Even with the AC on, I couldn’t sleep and was just trying to make it through the night. A room for four comes with only two robes, and paying extra to get enough for everyone feels ridiculous when the room costs about 260 euro. On weekends, the disco downstairs can be heard, which could bother people with sensitive ears. The food couldn’t make up for such a terrible night’s sleep. Three stars feels deserved.

There was plenty to do nearby, and we tried several procedures at the Sanatorium, some included in our hotel package. The bath and sauna complex is unique, the food was very well prepared, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A lovely hotel experience, and I’d happily return. Highly recommended.
