The room was clean, but run-down. The air conditioning didn't work, and the bathroom was inexplicably hot, over 30 C. When I went into the bath, the curtain fell to the floor. It had the look and feel of a “medical spa for seniors.”

There are spa and medical treatment procedures, plus an aqua zone that works for children too. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are okay in general, though they may need renovating in the future.

The spa area is huge, and the location is right in the city center. The free breakfast was good, and there was air conditioning. Self check-in was convenient too.

The poor communication and lack of consideration ruined our stay at Hotel Druskininkai and its restaurant. The restaurant was closed for a private event, and hotel guests couldn't get dinner. We weren't told beforehand, there was no information in English, and nobody offered an alternative. Guests who have paid to stay here shouldn't be treated as second-class customers when a basic service like dining becomes unavailable without warning. For a hotel of this level, that isn't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend it.
