Padumbliai - 5 Sezonas

The house is roomy and comfortable, and the grounds are tidy. There’s a sauna and hot tub too, with everything we needed for a lively weekend outdoors. It works really well as a place to begin and end a kayak trip.

Morning walks in the forest were lovely, with birds singing, mushrooms waiting to be picked, and that great pine resin smell. The Dzūki call pine cones kvajukės, though I couldn’t tell you why. The kids woke up rested, breathed in the clean Kvajukės air, then headed straight for the playground. We came with family and friends to unwind at Lake Pastovis, Padumbliai 5th season. We cooked sausages in the evening, then spent time in the sauna. The bedding was clean, the beds soft, and the showers were great. We all slept really well. We’ll definitely come back.

The houses are actually quite decent, but there’s barely a shore, since it gets very deep right off the pier. The playground is broken and feels dangerous for little kids, and the basketball court surface is a complete mess.

The paths have become overgrown and the footbridge is broken. The place badly needs repairs: the playground is run-down, and the basketball and football court covering is torn.
