The bed was good and the A/C worked fine, but I really hate hotel rooms with carpet, and ours had one. The bathtub was awkward to climb into and out of for a shower, with a risk of an injury or accident. We had a balcony but didn’t use it because it looked over an ugly courtyard. Breakfast was just okay. I don’t really see why this is rated 4 stars. I’d have preferred the 3-star “Moxy” next door, which seemed to have about the same room rate on booking.com.

I’m genuinely shocked they market this as a 4-star hotel. Where are the amenities you’d expect at that rating? Calling it four stars is laughable. It feels like a 2-star hotel. 🤣

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. It’s a cozy, comfortable boutique place about a mile from Kaunas’ Old Town. There’s parking in front, though the hotel sits in a patio and can be hard to find at first. They had lots of information about city attractions. Everything worked out perfectly, and it’s my favorite hotel in Kaunas. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you!

8/10
The rooms were clean and spacious, and our triple room had its own parking. Breakfast was okay and the staff were really kind and helpful. I’d stay here again on another visit to Kaunas. I’d call it a very good 3-star hotel, though, rather than 4 stars.

We were happy with the stay. The price was good, the room was clean, and the location worked well. I’m still not sure what makes it 4 stars instead of 3: maybe the clean, nice tub, the fairly good breakfast, the accommodating staff, or the nice shared balcony. Who knows? Our room didn’t even have a fridge.
