Piano Apartments

Just right for my short stay, clean and comfortable.

The location was nice, and I enjoyed my stay over New Year.

There was no reception, and they didn't cooperate with customers. I booked through Booking, arrived at what felt like a tomb, and was shocked by the room. When I asked to get a refund so I could change hotels, I was met with no help. This place deserves to be called a tomb.

For the price, the apartment was good value and clean overall, though the pull-out sofa had so many crumbs that it seemed staff hadn't cleaned it. The room was very small, really suited to a couple rather than a family, and noisy from outside even on the third floor. There were a couple of flights of stairs, which wasn't ideal with a two year old. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and it had the amenities we needed, including a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee. We stayed three nights, but nobody came to clean or change the towels. With a baby, we had a lot of rubbish by the end. The heating worked well, but we got a text about rising electricity prices asking us to keep it at 21°. It was uncomfortable to receive instructions like that. I think each customer should choose their own room temperature. The closest shop is AKROPOLIS, a €3 taxi ride away.
