I was visiting for surgery and was in a vulnerable condition, so the dirty room felt like a health risk. It was unclean, mouldy, and noisy. The curtains wouldn't close, the fridge freezer was broken and loud, freezing the entire unit, and there was no toilet paper. The room was already disgusting when I arrived. I didn't create mould on the wall in two days, and I didn't change my plans. I was prepared to lose the refund and pay for somewhere else as well because the room was that bad and I was concerned about the risk after surgery. After I complained, the manager agreed I should be able to cancel, but said Booking.com wouldn't allow it. I contacted Booking.com myself, and they agreed to cancel and refund the rest of my stay. The hotel manager then refused to honour that agreement. The front desk staff were helpful and apologetic, but the manager's behaviour was atrocious. In the manager's reply, they accused me of lying, which I found offensive and felt was another sign of the hotel's and manager's low standards. Nothing I've said here is untrue.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The price felt fair, and having a fridge and kitchen with Lipton tea was a nice touch. Restaurants and a small shopping centre are nearby, in an amazing location.

A good place to crash for a reasonable price. Our room was cozy and very clean, with its own bathroom. The bathroom worked perfectly, had good water pressure, and the hot water never gave us trouble. There's a small fridge in the room, and a shared kitchen with a microwave available anytime.

The low price might look appealing, but my stay was a very bad experience. My room reeked of smoke, and I woke up with bedbug bites. The advertised free parking is a muddy, unpaved yard with deep potholes, so take care if your car sits low.

If getting a good night's sleep matters to you, don't come here. The mattress is only 10cm high, there are no blackout curtains, and I slept for just 3 hours before waking with terrible back pain. The room did have some good points: it was large and clean, with a fridge, and there are kitchen facilities in the building. But reception is only open for limited hours, like at a hostel, and there's no bell or anyone to contact if something goes wrong.
