The pontoon gazebo was a nice touch, and the spot by the Virinta River could be lovely, but the setting didn't really stand out to me. Finding the rural tourism homestead would be tough without navigation since there are no signs. We had a sauna booked, but its stove was locked, a setup I'd never seen before, supposedly standardized. The host wasn't very friendly, and although there's a Wi-Fi router in the house, there was no internet. Mobile service with Tele2 and Bitė was terrible. You also pay extra for everything: children's beds, parking near the homestead, and stays for guests who didn't sleep there. I wouldn't come back. There are more interesting homesteads around.

The hosts were kind and made sure we had what we needed. The homestead sits in nature by the river, with plenty for both children and adults to do. The traditional Lithuanian sauna was a really interesting experience. I'd love to return one day.

There’s lots of room to sit by the river, and the water feels refreshing when it’s hot. I really liked the beautiful nature, and the host is a great sauna owner.
