The staff were polite and attentive, and the restaurant was clean, comfortable, and spacious while still feeling cozy. It worked well for a family meal or a special occasion. The generous portions stood out, especially the grilled meats, which were fresh, flavorful, carefully cooked, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed finding Armenian food and traditions by the Lithuanian seaside. I left full, with a new appreciation for Armenian cuisine and wanting to come back for more of the menu. If you go on a weekend or holiday, allow extra time since it can get busy, and consider reserving a table at peak hours. It’s suitable for families, groups, and celebrations. Come hungry, try a range of traditional Armenian dishes if it’s your first visit, and pair them with Armenian drinks for a more authentic meal. For anyone curious about the cuisine or just after a pleasant meal in Klaipėda, I think Ararat Restaurant is worth visiting.

The breakfast was the highlight, really plentiful and with something for every taste. I ended up being extremely happy with the stay, despite having mixed feelings from the photos and reviews. The rooms are spacious and feel quite luxurious, especially the bathroom, with its big shower and plenty of room. The kitchen is a little tiny, and one cabinet door was slightly broken. Along with the lack of blinds, that small issue kept the room from feeling perfect and is why I didn’t give it five stars.

The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. Our room was spacious, very clean, and reasonably priced. A very good hotel.

The restaurant served a delicious dinner on the sunny terrace even at 9:30 in the evening. The hotel and restaurant were both great value, and the train and bus station are about a 10-minute walk away. After an epic ferry crossing from Kiel, Germany, I spent a night here and loved the stay. My suite was huge and super cozy, with a fully stocked minibar. If you find yourself in Klaipeda, look no further.

The hot dish was normal, but the cold appetizers weren’t fresh. The attention was below average, and the food wasn’t tasty. This didn’t feel like Armenian cuisine. If you want real Armenian food, find somewhere else.
