I left disappointed by the service, transparency, and care for guests. The focus seemed to be on adding fees, not on courtesy or genuine hospitality. The hotel promotes Marriott Bonvoy, but didn't provide breakfast or the welcome perks I expected as a loyal Marriott customer. Breakfast costs €10 if booked in advance, but €20 per person at the hotel. That feels like the kind of premium charge you'd get from a budget airline for not paying ahead, and it doesn't match what I'd expect from a Marriott International property.

We came to Hotel Reja for an early breakfast even though we weren't guests there. At 20 EUR, the set price felt like a good deal for what we got. The coffee was fantastic, and everything we ate was fresh, delicious, and excellent quality. A delightful way to start the day, and I'd highly recommend breakfast here.

The attached Fat Cat restaurant was very good, and breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Check-in was friendly and informative, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities seemed new. Parking is right in front of the hotel and cost 20€ per night. Really excellent experience.

Edita & Karolina made our birthday stay special by arranging a lovely handwritten card and a delicious local cake for my husband. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were clean. This is the best hotel in Klaipėda from the ones I've tried, with high European standards and a very central location. It may cost more than other city hotels, but the quality is incomparable and worth every euro.

This Marriott opened in 2025 and sits in downtown Klaipeda, with great staff and a great location. There's a coffee shop and restaurant attached. Parking is a short walk away and at a fair rate. Enjoy! A+++
