The rooms were pleasant, and ours came with a sitting room and a balcony. There’s also a little playground out front where kids can run around. We really liked dinner at the hotel restaurant, especially the pork ribs, and breakfast was fine too. The hotel sits in the woods, just a short drive from the Nida seafront, though shops and restaurants aren’t right nearby.

We had a lovely family stay and would happily come back. The staff were courteous, the rooms clean, and the food delicious. Breakfast is included, with a generous choice that changes from day to day. Families and pets are welcome, and there’s a playground beside the restaurant.

The restaurant is a bright spot here: the food is quite good, and the prices seem reasonable for a hotel in Nida. The rest was disappointing. The hotel is old, and the rooms need a thorough clean. The chairs and sofas had old stains, and the shower had black mold between the seams. Some of the administration were rude, and they tried to scam us over the Covid subsidy. For what we paid, the dated design and condition just didn't make sense.

Nidus works if all you need is a hotel, but I wouldn't suggest it for a spa stay. Spa access isn't included, and using the private spa costs 50 euros per hour.
