Apart residences by the sea

The only consolation was the good weather and being close to the sea. The apartment itself was a huge disappointment and didn’t match either the price or the advertised concept. It wasn’t ready: the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the shower was clogged and black in all the gaps, the mirrors were dirty, and there were no foot towels. The bedding didn’t seem aired out and definitely didn’t smell clean. The fans didn’t work, and the kitchen had no sponges, kitchen towels or cutting boards. We’d ordered for four, but there were only dishes for two. The staircase hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the parking area looked like a construction site, with piles of bricks that made me worry about scratching the car. It spoiled our mood.

We lasted just two days before having to find somewhere else to stay, and those two vacation days were ruined. The air conditioner left puddles in the room, and the furniture needs updating. The apartment itself wasn’t bad, but the price definitely wasn’t justified. Getting there meant walking through a floor under renovation, and the staircase was dirty. The windows are not heavy.

Looking out at the trees and flowing river was perfect. We visited in the off-season, and the place felt quiet and very cozy. We’d love to come back! ;)

The tenant started complaining about the dogs, even though the shower pressure had been stated when I ordered. The floor tiles were really bad, with height differences of one centimeter at the seams. There was no proper parking for the car, only in the neighboring house’s yard ☹️, where the dogs were probably filmed on the tenant’s order. The whole thing was just barely avoided.
