Apartamentai Naglis

We left after only half an hour and still haven't got our deposit back. We booked through booking.com, then the owner called and asked us to cancel there, saying she would give our family a larger apartment because the one we booked was too small. We transferred the deposit to her bank account. On arrival she acted as if she didn't remember the call or the promise, and was extremely rude. She said she'd gladly return the deposit if we didn't like the apartment, so we left. Later she forgot that promise too, accused us of breaking a bathroom sink and a gate we'd never even seen, and eventually agreed after a long argument to return the money. A few days later, when I called again, she said she wasn't going to return anything and told us to leave her alone. The rooms are very outdated, and the photos on their page and booking.com look years old. These owners are rude and not trustworthy. I'd strongly recommend saving your money and nerves and never booking with them.
