After picking up a small injury in Palanga, I went to Vytautas for advice on physio and sports massage. The service was great and his guidance was professional, so many thanks to him. I also tried the pool and sauna after the treatment and was really impressed. If you're staying in Palanga, I'd highly recommend visiting. Management, please pass my thanks on to Vytautas again.

The food was excellent and obviously prepared to a high standard. The spa, though, wasn't as peaceful as I'd hoped. Quite a few children were running around and making noise, even during meals. Since it's promoted as a spa and wellness hotel, they could consider setting family hours and separate adult-only times. Guests looking for a quiet, relaxing visit could then enjoy the facilities more.

We booked a room for five a month in advance, but when we got there, there were only four beds. I did like the pools, but the food wasn't really good. If you're coming from Vilnius or somewhere far away, I wouldn't recommend it. It wasn't good for me, though maybe it could be for you...

The garden outside is beautiful, and you're so close to the forest and sea. Inside, the spa has an amazing atmosphere, the rooms are bright, everything is clean and tidy, and it's easy to get around. It feels luxurious. The service was good, and we enjoyed the food too. There was a good variety at the buffet, and everything was well taken care of. It's the best spa hotel I've stayed in. I really recommend it, and I'm glad Lithuania has this level of service.

The registration was poorly organized during my business meeting stay at Gradiali. They couldn't register me properly, and in the end they couldn't record the payment to my company or issue a proper invoice. So much for being client oriented. The rooms were tidy but a bit outdated. The location is excellent, with a great balcony view near the seaside, and the pool and spa area are great. I'd look at other options first, but if nothing else is available, this place will do.
