The service was TERRIBLE. We arrived by car at 11 pm with a booking for three nights, but the next day they took away our parking spot and said we hadn’t told them we needed parking for all three nights. Good grief, I arrive with my car, surely it’s clear I’ll have it with me. I tried calling reception, but they wouldn’t answer the phone after they hung up on me.

Parking is limited, so getting there early is a good idea if you want a spot closer by. The location is great, near the main street and about a 10-minute walk from the beach, where you can sit and watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly. Massages are available, but you need to register in advance, as you do to use the spa, which was very calming.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the spa was a nice place to relax, with different treatments available. Kerpė Hotel & SPA is right in the heart of Palanga, Lithuania, a short walk from the beach and main pedestrian street. It has a restaurant and bar as well as the spa, and the restaurant serves Lithuanian and international food. Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay pleasant. I had a fantastic time here. It seems like a good fit for couples, families, or business travelers. Highly recommend!

It’s a small, calm hotel, almost boutique in feel, and I like staying here whenever I come to Palanga. The quality and price balance is good, and there’s a spa, parking, a minibar, and tea and coffee in the room. The reception is open around the clock, and the women there are very professional. The restaurant used to be good, and some changes were coming. Update: a new restaurant operator? Very good!
