The landlord was rude throughout, and I wouldn't recommend renting here. The room had stains and cracks on the ceiling, ants, a damp moldy smell, and linens that weren't fresh. Our towels weren't changed for four days. The kitchen dishes were dirty and sticky, there was flour left on a cupboard plate, and it looked as if someone had been staying there already. The fridge stank, and the gas stove seemed to be from the Soviet era. The shower floor was slimy and dirty, and there was no barbecue area, so you can't grill meat. Parking was inconvenient, and the building's lighting was poor. We were assigned a basement room when we booked, then the price went up by 20 euros per night when we arrived. They also charged 18 euros for pillows.

There are no windows in the basement rooms, so it’s always dark and you can’t tell the time of day or what the weather is doing. The smell is unpleasant, and they keep the underfloor heating on to mask the dampness. It was impossible to stay there, day or night.

The rooms are very old for the price, the toilet is shared, and the bed linen was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family here.

The room P1 was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything, with a very good WC too. The villa is in a quiet, convenient spot, with a shop nearby and the sea 800 meters away. The owner was friendly and offers discounts. I recommend it.
