We didn't hear a single neighbor, even though the hotel was full, so the soundproofing is 100%. It's really clean too. The price for what you get is very good, and the room has dishes, an electric kettle, a fridge, and a TV.

The location might be good, but the building is shabby and dirty, and in my view this hotel should be closed. The room and corridors were filthy, and the walls were awful, with holes. Our room was in another building and the elevator didn't work. The service was just as bad. Nobody seemed to know anything, and they didn't even ask for ID when we arrived to check in. Breakfast was advertised for €5 from 9 am, but at 9 nothing was open. There were uncollected dishes and food thrown on the ground. When it finally opened after 9, we were told breakfast had to be ordered in advance. When a cafe opens should be clear to customers. I wonder whether anyone has checked the hygiene. And the Wi-Fi? There wasn't any.

A great little apartment near the center, with coded access to both the hotel and the room. A paid parking space is available by reservation for €8.
