The spa and sauna area was enjoyable, and the hotel itself is stylish and attractive. The rooms were clean and neat, too. Still, for the price, it didn’t feel worthwhile, especially with so many other places to choose from in Palanga. I’d probably try somewhere else next time. There were very few amenities, just soap and shower gel. Reception staff were friendly, but the breakfast team weren’t. Breakfast was a letdown: there were dishes to choose from, including scrambled eggs that were greasy and not tasty, plus a buffet mostly made up of heavy salads, herring, and some rather unusual options. I’d suggest offering a smaller breakfast selection with better ingredients, making the staff more welcoming, and providing more amenities.

We had a restful stay in a very clean, quiet 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a fridge, handy when you wanted to relax. There’s a restaurant and bar on site, with a buffet breakfast and a selected menu of tasty meals. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, and 3 types of sauna. It’s just below a lovely park, with access to the beach one way. Head the other way and you reach Palanga’s main strip of restaurants, clubs, and shops, which leads to Palanga pier. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay pleasant, and for the surprise presents when they learned it was my birthday.

The spa was really nice, and the hotel administrator was welcoming. The rooms were tidy, and I can’t complain about the stay overall. The restaurant was the weak spot: the staff seemed unfriendly and didn’t give much information. Our forks and knives were dirty, and a coffee cup had dirty marks around the rim, so we had to ask for another. The food arrived nicely presented and tasted good. I’d recommend the place, though the restaurant could improve.

We especially enjoyed having the pool, jacuzzi, and 2 saunas booked just for our group, and the SPA had a great range of treatments. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, with even bigger, very comfortable beds, and the bathroom had heated floors. Robes and slippers were provided as well. It deserves its 4*. Looking forward to coming back.
