The fish soup was simple but delicious, and the drinks were good, though pricey, as you might expect at a good restaurant. The fried bread came out lukewarm, which was a disappointing start. We also found the main courses quite expensive for straightforward, well-prepared dishes, although the ingredients all seemed fresh rather than frozen. We came after the usual lunch rush, so it was fairly quiet with plenty of empty tables. Summer evenings can apparently get busy when music events are on. The staff seemed a little unbothered and unprofessional; that might have made more sense during a rush. I'd suggest this place for a special occasion.

We really liked the atmosphere, especially around sunset, and the decor is lovely. The menu includes local food and very good seafood. It worked well for our family gathering, and the terrace outside has plenty of room for a bigger group.

I used to really like “Vandenis,” so taking my friends there for Lithuanian food and finding the quality had dropped was sad. The cepelinai were dry and tough, with odd, dry meat inside. They were nothing like the delicious ones I remembered 🗿 If you want authentic Lithuanian cuisine, I'd pick somewhere else.

The service was good and the place had a pleasant feel, but the food was mostly average. I enjoyed the fish soup. The shrimp salad was a real letdown, though: the shrimp were fried for some reason and came out dry and tasteless.
