Affordable, clean, cosy rooms on the third floor. Five stars :)

The host was so pleasant and welcoming, and I’d happily recommend the villa to friends. It has on-site parking and great Wi-Fi. The large fenced grounds have a hammock, trampoline, barbecue area, and lovely lawn. The villa is very clean and newly renovated, with everything needed in the room and a comfortable bed. The linens and towels were impeccable. It’s on a quiet street, close to the sea, the botanical garden, and the city center. Tourists from Kaliningrad. May 2018

The host is welcoming and clearly takes good care of guests. The villa is well placed near the sea and the main pedestrian street. We were greeted with a bottle of water, tea, and coffee, and found all the toiletries we needed, along with dishes, a microwave, fridge, iron, and even a vacuum cleaner. We really liked the room, it was comfortable and just right for relaxing.

I’m still here, but can already say these apartments are perfect. What I read in the reviews matches what I’ve seen. The room is bright, meticulously clean, and stocked with everything you might need for a seaside holiday. It feels good to arrive and find what you expected, and more.

Everything was clean and tidy, and all the hygiene products were there. Excellent value for the price.
