We spent 11 nights here and had a brilliant stay. The apartment stayed lovely and warm even with the cold and snow outside, and everything was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and easy to use. My two sons, aged 10 & 13, slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. It folds out into a very large, comfortable bed. The owner was easy to get hold of, and we’d love to come back. We’ll miss Kaunas and this place. Thanks from the Ace family in Swansea, UK.

The Żalia Kopa Apartment in Palanga really impressed us. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a swimming pool, shop, pizzeria, and restaurant all close by. The apartment had everything we needed, and getting in touch with the owner was easy. We’ll definitely come back next year and recommend it.

I’m giving this one star after a really bad stay in the Palanga apartments. Parking was supposed to be available, and we were given all the information about the barrier, but when we arrived there was no space. We had to pay for parking for the whole stay. If we’d known that, we definitely wouldn’t have booked these apartments. The temperature was another problem. In early April it was cold inside, only about 18-19 °C. The thermostat didn’t work, and the air conditioner wouldn’t blow warm air. Communication was unpleasant and unhelpful too. Replies were short, and we had to keep dragging information out. The experience left such a bad impression that we won’t stay in your apartments again or recommend them to anyone.
