Each homestead house has its own color, purple, green, red and so on, and everything inside follows that same color too, not just the walls. The place is lovely, with forests, the Šventoji river, and plenty of beautiful nature walks nearby.

We rented kayaks for the wonderful Mickūnai-Mikieriai route. It’s great for swimming with children, with sandy banks, nice beaches for picnic breaks and swims, and impressive high cliffs. The homestead is beautifully arranged on the Šventoji River, and the owner is very kind.

The surroundings and cabins are both a 10, really beautiful and nicely set up. But I already knew about that guard: there’s no privacy or peace. The cabbie gets drunk, insults people, and makes inappropriate remarks. I definitely wouldn’t come back just because of him.
